STRENGTH:
- 50 hand release push ups for time
I’m still a weakling when it comes to my upper body, so I did 50 push ups on a 24” box in 1 min 46 sec.
WOD
- 10 100 yard sprints with 1:00 rest for a total time of 13 min 6 sec
I hate love me some running sprints. I am definitely not a sprinter and my legs are telling me this tonight. But tomorrow is my favorite day: Rest Day!!!
The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow…
It is amazing how the weather can truly affect one persons mood. It has done nothing but rain ALL day today resulting in me being in such a blah mood. I just have to remind myself that tomorrow is a new day.
